WSFS Bank invites ambitious, high-performing college students to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program- Wealth. This paid, 10-week internship provides a dynamic and engaging experience featuring meaningful project work, one-on-one mentorship, executive exposure, professional development opportunities, volunteer initiatives, networking events, and collaboration with fellow interns.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Business-related college major preferred.
• Must have completed a minimum of one full year of college by May 2027.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Support Portfolio Administrators with client account servicing activities.
• Assist with market research, reporting, and projects for senior management.
• Gain knowledge of Private Banking products, services, and lending solutions.
• Contribute to projects and presentations for internal stakeholders.
