Job summary

WSFS Bank offers a 10-week Summer Internship Program in Wealth, designed for college students seeking a career in financial services. Interns support Private Banking operations, assist with account servicing, market research, and report creation, while gaining exposure to senior leaders and a comprehensive development program.

The internship emphasizes hands-on projects, professional mentorship, and opportunities to network, with possible continuation based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A business-related or related college major is preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in-person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• WSFS Bank will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from WSFS Bank now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support Portfolio Administrators with client account servicing activities.
• Assist with market research, marketing initiatives, and the creation of reports and projects for senior management.
• Gain knowledge of Private Bank products, services, and lending solutions.
