Job summary

WSFS Bank invites high-potential students to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program - Wealth. This paid, 10-week internship offers mentorship, meaningful project work, executive exposure, and collaboration with fellow interns across Private Banking operations.

Interns will gain hands-on experience supporting Portfolio Administrators, and will participate in professional development, networking events, and volunteer initiatives while exploring career paths at a regional financial leader.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of college by May 2027 preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to attend in-person interviews/orientation.

Responsibilities

• Support Private Banking operations by assisting Portfolio Administrators with client account servicing.
• Handle account setup, money movement, and ongoing account maintenance.
• Perform market research, assist with marketing initiatives, and create reports for senior management.
