WSFS Bank offers a 2027 Wealth Management Summer Internship Program for motivated college students seeking hands-on experience in financial services. The paid internship provides mentorship, exposure to senior leaders, and collaborative project work across Wealth Management departments.

Interns will support financial planning activities, participate in development initiatives, and may be considered for future employment upon successful program completion.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• College major preferred in business or related field.
• Must have completed at least one year of college by May 2027.
• Must have reliable transportation and be available for on-site work.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Support Wealth Management team with project work and research.
• Assist in financial planning preparation for client meetings.
• Contribute to data analysis to support decision-making.
