Job summary

WSFS Bank offers a 2027 Wealth Management Summer Internship Program designed for driven college students interested in financial services. The role provides paid, hands-on experience, mentorship, exposure to senior leadership, and opportunities across Wealth Management functions.

Interns work on real projects, receive development resources, and may be considered for continued employment after program completion. In-person orientation and on-site work are part of the program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and enrolled in a college program.
• Business-related major preferred; strong communication and analysis expected.
• Must be able to commit to a full-time, 40-hour week during summer 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and operations within the Wealth Management division.
• Assist with Orion reporting, due diligence, and compliance reporting tasks.
• Contribute to projects and present findings to Senior Leaders.
