Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with practices to drive growth and ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop and document actionable growth plans with practices.
• Lead client acquisition, retention, and revenue strategies for the practice.
• Facilitate lead flow and optimize internal processes for efficiency.
• Collaborate with shared services on operational improvements and reporting.
• Provide guidance on P&L, market trends, and new investment opportunities.
