UBS Group AG is seeking a detail-oriented operations support professional to assist Financial Advisors and Client Service Associates in Dallas. You will handle day-to-day tasks, process cashiering items, and ensure accurate books and records while collaborating across teams to maintain a high level of client service.

Ideal candidates bring financial services experience, a required bachelor’s degree, and comfort in a fast-paced environment with a proactive mindset.

Formación

• Prior financial services experience preferred, especially in back-office Operations.
• Undergraduate degree is required; SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 are preferred.
• Fast-paced environment experience where no two days are the same.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors and Client Service Associates.
• Become a subject matter expert on assigned tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage client communication channels, including email inboxes and fax servers.
• Process cashiering functions like depositing client checks and stock certificates.
• Ensure reliability and integrity of financial and operational books and records.
• Support Advisors and Associates with know-how on products and processes.
• Ensure timely processing of transactions including booking, validation, filing, and archiving.
