Job summary

UBS is seeking a Client Associate in Houston to support the wealth management team. You will keep client information up-to-date, educate clients on services, and assist with client meeting materials and reporting.

You will help collect documentation for new accounts and service requests, plan team events, and keep a detailed activity calendar. Ideal candidates have Series 7 and 66 licenses, 2-5 years in client service, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong teamwork and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Licenses required for client advisory work (Series 7 and 66).
• Strong computer literacy and office software proficiency.
• Team player with attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• keep management systems up-to-date with client information
• educate clients on account services and capabilities
• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
• plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities
