Job summary

UBS is seeking a Service Associate in Warren, NJ to provide exceptional client service, handle cash management, process securities, and support the Field Operations team.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in client service within finance preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree focusing on finance.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Independent, motivated and proactive with strong client focus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cash management functions and process securities and correspondence.
• Greet and assist clients and visitors to the branch with exceptional service.
• Create strong partnerships with assigned financial advisors and coordinate with operations.
• Maintain risk awareness and regulatory knowledge.
