Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in wealth management, banking, financial services, operations, or client service.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience reviewing financial documents and servicing client accounts preferred.
  • Completed the SIE at least 30 days before joining UBS.
  • Series 7 and Series 66 required (or must be obtained within 120 days of start date).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite Applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • You're curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service by resolving requests accurately and professionally.
  • Serve as a primary contact for clients, Financial Advisors, and partners to address servicing needs.
  • Process account maintenance activities such as profile updates and ownership changes.
  • Review client documentation for trust, estate, custodial, corporate accounts and ensure compliance.
  • Identify and resolve documentation issues while maintaining quality and risk controls.
  • Support account lifecycle events, operational processing, and remediation activities.
  • Educate clients on account services, digital capabilities, and available solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to UBS policies and regulatory requirements.

We're looking for someone like this who can:

  • deliver exceptional client service by resolving requests accurately, professionally, and within established service standard
  • serve as a primary point of contact for clients, Financial Advisors, and business partners to address account servicing needs and inquiries
  • process account maintenance activities, including profile updates, registration changes, beneficiary updates, account retitling, ownership changes, and authorized party requests
  • review and process client documentation for trust, estate, custodial, corporate, and power of attorney accounts, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • proactively identify and resolve documentation issues while maintaining a high standard of quality and risk management
  • support account lifecycle events, operational processing, case management, and remediation activities
  • educate clients on account services, digital capabilities, and available solutions to enhance their overall experience
  • maintain accurate records and adhere to all UBS policies, compliance requirements, supervisory procedures, and operational controls
The team

The UBS Wealth Advice Center is a UBS branch with locations in Weehawken, New Jersey; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Dallas, Texas, focused on delivering consistent, high-quality advice and guidance to Emerging Affluent clients through a scalable, relationship-based service model. Our team currently supports more than 200,000 clients nationwide. Clients are served by a team of over 400 dedicated professionals, including Financial Advisors and Team Associates, who work directly with clients—primarily over the phone to understand their individual needs and help them make informed decisions in support of their long-term financial goals. You'll be working as part of the Account Maintenance team within the UBS Wealth Advice Center, committed to providing advice, guidance, and high-quality service to clients through a consistently delivered hybrid digital client experience. The UBS Wealth Advice Cetner’s Account Maintenance Team is responsible for servicing client accounts and executing a broad range of account maintenance activities while delivering a high-quality client experience. This role partners with Financial Advisors, Operations, and support teams to ensure client requests are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with firm policies and regulatory requirements. The UBS Wealth Advice Center leadership team supports career advancement and internal mobility to help guide your career journey at UBS. All new UBS Wealth Advice Center employees must commit to staying in the WAC for a minimum of three years before becoming eligible to transfer to another role internally.
