Job summary

Citi is seeking a senior technology leader to own NAM and LATAM Wealth Markets technology strategy in the NY/NJ area. You will guide architecture, platform implementation, and cross-functional collaboration to support equity trading teams with compliant, high-performance solutions.

You will partner with Wealth Markets leadership to translate business priorities into scalable technology, manage risk, and mentor engineering teams across large, multi-project initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in technology for Wealth Markets or related financial services domains.
• Proven experience implementing technology strategies for large-scale trading platforms.
• Strong understanding of US equity trading regulations and market structure.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute NAM/LATAM Wealth Markets technology strategy.
• Lead platform implementation and target-state architecture for Wealth Markets.
• Serve as senior technology liaison to Wealth Markets leadership in NY/NJ area.
• Oversee technology for equity trading, including order management and execution workflows.
• Ensure compliance with US equity trading regulations and data reporting requirements.
• Build and mentor high-performing technology teams in Wealth Markets domain.
• Identify and mitigate technology risks; ensure resilience and security of platforms.
