Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Java (8–21) with Spring Boot, concurrency, JVM tuning, REST/gRPC API design.
• Proficient in Python for scripting, automation, and tooling.
• Strong relational DBs (Oracle, SQL) plus NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch).
• Hands-on experience with Kafka — partitioning, consumer groups, DLQs, event-driven/saga patterns.
• Solid grasp of TLS/mTLS, HTTP/2, load balancing, service mesh, API gateways.
• Proficient with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, OpenTelemetry.
• Experience with risk, compliance, COB/DR, DR drills, data replication, regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of functions to deploy new products in line with Supervisory Platform Target State vision.
• Analyze complex business and system processes to design risk and compliance checks and automation.
• Interact with stakeholders across Business, Product Owner, Operations, Testing, and Tech teams for end-to-end delivery.
• Develop methodologies and standards for analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and coach developers, analysts, and new team members.
• Influence senior leaders and external parties while ensuring governance and compliance.
