Job summary

The Citi Wealth Chief Investment Office’s Portfolio Construction & Analytics team in New York seeks a Senior Portfolio Specialist to translate global investment views into client-specific portfolio construction and analytics.

You will conduct bespoke asset allocation, risk analytics, and quantitative modeling, collaborating with client-facing teams to deliver tailored investments with a focus on Latin America market priorities and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Modern Portfolio Theory and asset allocation techniques.
• Experience with portfolio simulation and risk analytics.
• Knowledge of capital markets and managed investment products incl. derivatives and alternatives.
• Financial modelling skills (Monte Carlo, optimization, regression) and statistical analysis tools.
• Excellent communication with clients and teams; strong ownership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Translate Citi Wealth CIO investment views into client-facing portfolio construction recommendations.
• Develop innovative analytical tools and frameworks for the investment organization.
• Design customized asset allocation strategies for client portfolios using proprietary models.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of investment products and multi-asset strategies.
• Build scalable self-service analytics for client-facing teams; educate on topics.
