Job summary

The Citi Wealth Chief Investment Office’s Portfolio Construction & Analytics team in New York seeks a Senior Portfolio Specialist to translate global investment views into client-specific portfolio construction and analytics.

You will conduct bespoke asset allocation, risk analytics, and quantitative modeling, collaborating with client-facing teams to deliver tailored investments with a focus on Latin America market priorities and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of Modern Portfolio Theory and asset allocation techniques.
Experience with portfolio simulation and risk analytics.
Knowledge of capital markets and managed investment products incl. derivatives and alternatives.
Financial modelling skills (Monte Carlo, optimization, regression) and statistical analysis tools.
Excellent communication with clients and teams; strong ownership and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Translate Citi Wealth CIO investment views into client-facing portfolio construction recommendations.
Develop innovative analytical tools and frameworks for the investment organization.
Design customized asset allocation strategies for client portfolios using proprietary models.
Conduct in-depth analysis of investment products and multi-asset strategies.
Build scalable self-service analytics for client-facing teams; educate on topics.
