Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Advisor management experience.
• Experience recruiting and developing Advisor teams.
• Strong knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
• Proven ability to manage risk and maintain controls.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Financial Advisors servicing a wide range of clients.
• Attract, recruit, and develop Advisors; implement performance coaching.
• Collaborate with Branch Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to provide holistic solutions.
• Influence technology use to meet customer needs and promote diversity and inclusion.
• Manage day-to-day administration and operations for the territory to meet objectives.
• Foster a culture of risk awareness and compliance.
• Proactively identify solutions with an entrepreneurial mindset.
