Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a proven track record of academic success.
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam completed prior to interviewing; sponsorship of Series 7 and 63 exams provided and requires completion within the timeframe.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability, quick learning of technologies and tools.
• Experience or interest in prompt engineering and AI tools preferred; ability to optimize AI-driven solutions.
• Motivation, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Financial Advisors to understand business goals and tailor client engagement strategies.
• Develop digital and targeted client outreach strategies, including social media content and campaigns.
• Create structured communication Cadences to deepen client relationships over time.
• Analyze client relationships and engagement data to identify opportunities and provide tactical recommendations.
• Support workplace engagement initiatives and educate clients on wealth solutions.
• Develop product and solutions fluency across advisory programs and investment/insurance solutions.
