It leads into a two-year plus role with licensing opportunities across wealth management. The VEA Program places you with top financial advisors and supports growth in client engagement, business development and wealth solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic achievement.
• SIE exam completed prior to interviewing; sponsorship for Series 7/63.
• Strong written and verbal communication; analytical pragmatism.
• Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly.
• Experience with AI tools and prompt engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Financial Advisors to understand business goals and tailor client engagement.
• Develop digital and targeted client outreach strategies and campaigns.
• Create structured communication cadences and strengthen client relationships.
• Analyze client relationships and engagement data to drive recommendations.
• Support workplace engagement initiatives and educate clients on wealth solutions.
