The Wealth Management Virtual Engagement Associate track places you with top Financial Advisors, building client engagement and strategic outreach. This in-person program runs 16 weeks with structured development and potential future opportunities inside the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a proven academic record.
• SIE exam completed prior to interviewing; Series 7 and 63 sponsorship provided.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability; quick learner of new technologies.
• Experience in prompt engineering and AI tools preferred.
• Motivation, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Background check and pre-employment assessments completed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Financial Advisors to understand business goals and tailor client engagement strategies.
• Develop and execute digital and targeted client outreach campaigns.
• Create structured communication cadences to increase client touchpoints.
• Analyze client relationships and engagement data to identify opportunities.
• Support workplace engagement initiatives and educate clients on wealth solutions.
• Assist with onboarding and reporting to drive adoption of capabilities.
• Develop product and solutions fluency across advisory programs.
• Create and present business insights for FAs and leadership.
