Job summary

EY’s FSO Wealth Transformation team seeks a Wealth Senior Consultant to lead transformative advisory projects across wealth management, delivering operational excellence and strategic insights. You will partner with senior stakeholders, guide cross-functional teams, and drive innovative, results-oriented solutions for clients.

The role emphasizes client engagement, industry expertise, and a willingness to work in person three days a week with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, CS, engineering, or related field; MBA/MS preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant wealth management experience.
• Strong experience in Wealth Management (business, operations, or IT).
• 1+ years of consulting, industry and/or service provider experience.
• Project Manager / Work stream lead experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service, and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformative wealth management projects blending consulting expertise with industry knowledge.
• Build meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Champion client interests and deliver measurable impact for projects.
