Job summary

EY’s FSO Wealth Management Transformation team in New York seeks a consultant to lead strategic projects blending wealth management expertise with operations and technology. You will guide engagements from scoping to delivery, shaping client outcomes with senior stakeholders and partners across functions.

You will drive end-to-end transformations, build trusted relationships, and apply agile approaches to deliver measurable impact in a global, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, CS, engineering, or related field; MBA/MS preferred.
• 3+ years of consulting, industry, or service provider experience.
• 5-9 years of relevant experience; wealth management exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformative wealth management projects integrating strategy with industry knowledge.
• Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Drive process improvements and technology-enabled business transformations with Agile practices.
