Job summary

Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, invites driven students to join the 2027 Wealth Management Summer Internship Program. This paid internship provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to senior leadership across diverse Wealth Management areas.

Interns work on real projects, receive professional development resources, and may be considered for future opportunities with Bryn Mawr Trust/WSFS Bank after successful program completion. In-person and virtual interviews will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Business-related or related college major preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one full year of college by May 2027
• Reliable transportation required.
• In-person and virtual interviews.
• Available for in-person orientation with HR.
• Able to work up to 5 days on-site at a WSFS Bank location.
• Full-time position (40 hours/week) from early June to mid‑August.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and operations in the Trust Wealth division (Orion reporting, due diligence, stock retention, compliance reporting).
• Assist with projects and tasks across Wealth Management with Senior Leaders and mentors.
