Job summary

The Bryn Mawr Trust Company, WSFS Bank, offers a 2027 Wealth Management Summer Internship Program for driven college students seeking hands-on experience in wealth management. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be able to attend in-person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site per week within WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must participate in this full-time internship (40 hours/week) from June to mid-August.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist across Wealth Management departments.
• Contribute to projects, research, and operational activities for senior leaders.
• Engage in mentorship and networking events provided by the program.
• Assist with due diligence, compliance, and Middle Office activities as needed.
• Present on projects to Senior Leaders as assigned.
