Job summary

Bryn Mawr Trust's 2027 Wealth Management Summer Internship in Lancaster, PA offers a paid, hands-on program for driven college students. Interns receive mentorship, exposure to senior leaders, and opportunities to work on real projects across Wealth Management departments.

The program includes in-person and virtual elements, with networking, volunteering, and development opportunities throughout the summer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A business-related or related college major is preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one full year of college by May 2027.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Support development of personalized financial strategies.
• Collaborate with Advisors and team members to prepare for client meetings and support projects.
• Conduct research and data analysis to support decision-making in Wealth Management.
• Assist with operations within Wealth Management and related business lines.
• Present on projects or research to Senior Leaders and mentors.
• Engage in networking events, volunteer initiatives, and ERG activities.
• Gain exposure across multiple Wealth Management departments and senior leadership.
