Job summary

Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Bank, is offering a Wealth Management Summer Internship for driven college students seeking hands-on experience in financial services. Interns gain mentorship, exposure to senior leaders, and opportunities to work on real projects across Wealth Management, including Custody Services – T&W Management.

Selected interns will support administration and operations, participate in project work, and have access to networking events and volunteer initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A business-related or related college major is preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and operations in the Trust Wealth division.
• Assist with Orion reporting.
• Assist with delegated investment advisor due diligence.
• Assist with annual stock retention and compliance reporting.
• Support operational projects and tasks.
