Job summary

Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, invites driven college students to join the 2027 Wealth Management Summer Internship Program. This paid internship offers hands-on experience, mentorship, exposure to senior leadership, and collaboration on projects across wealth management teams.

Interns will support advisors, assist with client meetings, and contribute to initiatives that improve client experiences and operational efficiency. Opportunities for continued employment may arise after completion.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A business-related or related college major is preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in-person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Support Wealth Advisors by preparing for client meetings and conducting client research.
• Assist with financial planning activities and data analysis.
• Support internal committees and document meeting outcomes.
• Handle administrative communications and reporting.
• Contribute to special projects that enhance wealth management services and client experiences.
