Job summary

Bryn Mawr Trust Co., a WSFS Company, offers a Wealth Management Summer Internship Program designed for driven college students seeking hands-on experience across wealth management disciplines. You will gain exposure to real-world projects, mentorship, and leadership interactions in an inclusive, collaborative setting.

The program emphasizes professional development, volunteering opportunities, and networking with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A business-related college major is preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one (1) full year of college by May 2027.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office location within the WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• WSFS Bank will require work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside professionals across multiple business lines on real-world projects.
• Participate in a comprehensive learning program with personal and professional development activities.
• Support and present on projects, research, or operational activities within an assigned area to Senior Leaders.
• Build connections through mentorship and collaboration with peers and experienced professionals.
• Engage with leaders through networking events, panel discussions, and career-focused conversations.
• Participate in volunteer initiatives and employee resource groups designed for growth.
