Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, offers a 2027 Wealth Management Summer Internship Program designed to give students hands-on experience across Wealth Management departments. The internship emphasizes mentorship, exposure to senior leadership, collaborative project work, and meaningful networking opportunities within WSFS Bank.

Participants will gain insight into financial planning, investment services, and operations while building professional skills and professional connections that support

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A business-related or related college major is preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one full year of college by May 2027.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must have availability to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within the program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Collaborate with Advisors and team members to prepare for client meetings and support special projects.
• Conduct research and data analysis to support decision-making.
