Job summary

Bryn Mawr Trust, a WSFS Company, seeks driven college students for the WSFS Bank 2027 Wealth Management Summer Internship Program. This paid internship offers mentorship, leadership exposure, and hands-on experience across wealth management areas, including financial planning and client service.

Interns work 40 hours per week, may participate in projects and networking events, and high-performing interns may be considered for continued employment after program completion.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Business-related major preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
• Reliable transportation.
• Available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Available for in-person orientation with HR.
• Able to work up to 5 days on-site within WSFS Bank footprint.
• Full-time position (40 hours/week) from early June to mid-August.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Organizational skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Support wealth management teams with development of personalized client strategies.
• Collaborate with Advisors and team members to prepare for client meetings.
• Support special projects that enhance wealth management services and operations.
• Conduct research and data analysis to support decision-making.
• Engage in learning program and participate in leadership interactions.
