Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a risk management professional for Wealth Management to help mitigate risk and strengthen controls. You will support Non-Financial Risk Assessment activities, collaborate with Business Risk and Operational Risk teams, and ensure data quality across risks and controls while delivering timely analyses to senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of risk management experience within financial services.
• Experience within Operational Risk Management is preferred.
• Strong project management skills and teamwork ability.
• Ability to coordinate with many stakeholders and build networks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical/problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating NFRA activities across Wealth Management units.
• Work with Business Risk to ensure timely, accurate risk reporting.
• Ensure data quality of risks and controls aligns with guidelines.
• Support metrics and analysis for senior management on risk themes.
• Partner with control testing to feed testing outcomes into risk profiles.
• Support ad-hoc projects delivering quality analyses on time.
