Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in financial services risk management or compliance, strong leadership and project-management skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Bachelor's degree required. Wealth-management familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Financial Services Risk Management, Audit or Compliance; wealth management experience preferred
• Knowledge of Equity Stock Plan is a plus
• Strong leadership and proven success managing teams
• Project management skills and ability to prioritize many assignments
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Detail-oriented and accurate
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
• Bachelor’s Degree required

Responsibilities

• Provide risk coverage for the Chief Revenue Office within the MS at Work Risk team and mitigate risk
• Coordinate recurring stakeholder meetings and reporting; prepare presentations and track actions
• Oversee internal and external audits and compliance exams with 2nd/3rd lines of defense
• Drive reviews and updates of Policies and Procedures (P&Ps)
• Engage partners to understand operational risk incidents and drive remediation
• Manage projects and deliverables in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Operational Risk on ongoing basis
