Job summary

PNC Wealth Management is seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in McAllen, TX to lead a team of Financial Advisors and support staff across a network of branches. You will drive business results, manage risk, and coach staff to deliver personalized financial planning solutions to clients.

Successful candidates will have 8+ years in the industry, 5+ years of leadership, and FINRA licenses (Series 7, 24, 66 or 63,65).

Qualifications

• University degree required; 8+ years industry experience.
• At least 5 years of prior management experience.
• FINRA licenses (Series 7, 24 (or 9,10) and 66 (or 63,65)) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to achieve business results and customer experience goals.
• Coordinate daily activities of team in customer/prospect management.
• Develop and oversee account and sales plans.
• Identify and mitigate different types of risk (regulatory, reputational, operational, credit).
• Cultivate senior internal and external relationships to acquire and expand clients.
• Coach team on skills needed to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk per internal policies.
