Job summary

Guardian Life is seeking a Wealth Management Experienced Advisor Recruiter to source and recruit experienced financial professionals for Guardian Network firms nationwide. You will partner with Park Avenue Securities, a Guardian subsidiary, and work to attract experienced advisors across the country.

You will travel to markets to meet recruits, lead live and virtual training, and collaborate with business teams on programs, content, and go-to-market strategies. 5+ years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience recruiting Experienced Financial Service Representatives.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Source experienced Financial Representatives and wealth management recruits for Guardian Network firms nationwide.
• Travel across the country to meet with Experienced Advisor Recruits and partner with field leaders.
• Develop and manage recruitment programs, content, and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to attract Experienced Financial Services Representatives.
