Guardian Life is seeking a Fully Remote Wealth Management Experienced Advisor Recruiter to help grow our salesforce by recruiting experienced advisors for Guardian Network firms nationwide. You will partner with Park Avenue Securities, and travel to meet recruits, lead thought leadership events, and collaborate on programs and content to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience recruiting Experienced Financial Service Representatives.
• Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and engage them collaboratively.
• Demonstrated strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Source experienced Financial Representatives and wealth management recruits to firms across the country.
• Travel across the country to meet with Experienced Advisor Recruits and partner with field leaders on their recruiting strategies.
• Travel to various markets to execute on warm sourcing strategies such as thought leadership events and networking.
• Collaborate with business partners on recruiting programs and offerings.
• Deploy education programs and facilitate recruiting upskill meetings and workshops.
• Partner and collaborate with internal and external partners as an Experienced Financial Services recruiting expert.
• Collaborate on recruitment content creation and go-to-market strategies.
• Brainstorm innovative ways to attract Experienced Financial Services Representatives to Guardian Network firms.
