Job summary

Guardian Life is seeking an experienced Wealth Management Experienced Advisor Recruiter to drive the recruitment of financial professionals for Guardian Network firms nationwide. This fully remote role partners with Park Avenue Securities to attract advisors across the country.

You will source, travel, and collaborate with field leaders to execute recruiting programs, education sessions, and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience recruiting Experienced Financial Service Representatives.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Source experienced Financial Representatives and wealth management recruits for firms across the country.
• Travel domestically to meet with Experienced Advisor Recruits and partner with field leaders.
• Travel to markets to execute warm sourcing strategies and thought leadership events.
• Collaborate with partners on recruiting programs and go-to-market strategies.
• Deploy education programs and facilitate recruiting upskill meetings and workshops.
• Partner with internal and external partners as an Experienced Financial Services recruiting expert.
