Job summary

PNC, based in Libertyville, IL, is seeking a Premier Client Banker within its Wealth Management division. The role focuses on mass affluent client acquisition, advisory services, and deepening client relationships.

Expect collaboration with multiple ecosystem partners, regulatory awareness, and a strong emphasis on client experience and risk management. Base salary ranges between $70,125 and $116,875 with incentive eligibility depending on performance, location, and experience.

Qualifications

• University degree required with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired; in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience may be considered.
• FINRA licenses (Series 7, 66 or 63/65) and Life/Health insurance preferred; background checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to proactively drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach and retention to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
• Proactively generate and manage leads and client appointments using needs-based consultative selling.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners and internal teams to deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through servicing.
• Own client penetration goals with ECO-system partners and deliver Mass Affluent Advice through a Banking and Investing partnership.
• Maintain proactive, timely, accurate relationship management tasks and post-call debriefs.
