Candidates should have a university degree and 3+ years of relevant experience; FINRA Series 7/66 or 63/65 preferred, life and health insurance preferred. The base salary range is $70,125.00–$116,875.00, with incentive eligibility.

• Certifications are often desired.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire, outreach and retain Mass Affluent clients.
• Generate and manage leads and client appointments with a consultative approach.
• Own client relationships and drive revenue growth while managing risk and profitability.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners and ensure proactive service from acquisition to onboarding.
• Deliver the Mass Affluent Advice and Planning value proposition with Banking and Investing teams.
