PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Premier Client Banker within Wealth Management in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on proactive Mass Affluent client acquisition, retention and relationship growth, leveraging bank products and a consultative approach.

You will generate leads, manage appointments, and collaborate with PNC Advisors and ecosystem partners to deliver tailored financial solutions and a superior client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years of relevant/ direct industry experience.
• FINRA licenses preferred; background checks required by CFPB regulations.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable mix of education, certs and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes strategies to drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach and retention.
• Proactively generate and manage leads and client appointments; expand share of wallet.
• Leverage needs-based consultative skills and bank products to grow client relationships.
• Maintains partnerships to drive revenue and manages risk across portfolios.
• Owns the client relationship and oversees ecosystem partner engagement for exceptional service.
• Deliver the Mass Affluent Advice and Planning value via Banking and Investing partnerships.
