PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Premier Client Banker in Wealth Management in Hamilton, NJ. The role focuses on acquiring and retaining Mass Affluent clients, leveraging consultative skills and internal partnerships to grow revenue while ensuring a high-quality client experience.

You will manage a portfolio, coordinate with ecosystem partners, and deliver comprehensive financial wellness solutions with proactive service and robust relationship management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree is required.
• FINRA Series 7, 66 preferred; Life and Health Insurance preferred.
• Certifications are often desired; in lieu of a degree, similar qualifications may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategies to proactively drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach and retention.
• Proactively generate and manage leads and client appointments.
• Leverage needs-based and consultative skills to grow share of wallet.
• Develops internal partnerships to drive revenue and growth.
• Manages risk and profitability for the client portfolio.
• Delivers a differentiated client experience from acquisition to onboarding and servicing.
• Maintains accurate sales and relationship management administration.
• Serves as quarterback for ecosystem partners to ensure exceptional experiences.
