Job summary

Goldman Sachs seeks a Practice Management Vice President to drive growth, efficiency, and scalability of our advisor franchises across Private Wealth Management. You will partner with Private Wealth Advisors and regional leadership to coach teams on business planning, organizational design, and operational excellence.

You will build recruiting pipelines, shape talent strategy, and deliver tools and frameworks that support advisor success while collaborating across Talent Strategy and Recruiting

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Wealth Management, Advisor Development, or related field.
• Strong advisory business development and practice management knowledge.
• Experience coaching professionals on growth, productivity, and org effectiveness.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Experience in advisor recruiting or business development strategy preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving with actionable insights.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Self-starter with ownership and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Partner with advisors to develop and refine business plans, growth strategies, and objectives.
• Coach teams on organizational design, capacity planning, and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and scalability across PWM.
• Develop and promote practice management tools and resources.
• Support regional recruiting strategies with market intelligence and outreach.
