Requirements include a minimum of 3 years in wealth management with a current life/health license. FINRA licenses are preferred; sponsorship is available if not held.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in financial services or wealth management with a personal practice.
• Active Life and Health insurance license required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred; sponsorship available if not held.
• Strong leadership, client acquisition, retention, and comprehensive financial planning.
• Business mindset with long-term strategic vision; excellent communication.
