Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in financial services or wealth management with a successful personal practice.
Active Life and Health insurance license required.
FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred; sponsorship available if not currently held.
Strong leadership and team development skills with a passion for mentoring advisors.
Proven track record in client acquisition, retention, and comprehensive financial planning.
Business-oriented mindset with long-term strategic vision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Authorization to work in the United States.
