Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a Managing Director who will lead a growing team of financial advisors while maintaining a personal client practice. You will recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performance culture to drive scalable growth, leveraging the firm’s strong brand and history.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic growth, and ongoing personal client work with sponsorship and support for licenses as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• CFP certification preferred, but not required with relevant experience.
