Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead and grow our team of financial advisors. This leadership role focuses on developing high-performing teams, fostering strong client relationships, and executing strategic initiatives to drive business growth.

This is a PLAYER/COACH role – you will have a thriving personal practice and lead by example, mentoring advisors and expanding client portfolios while upholding WealthBridge’s standards and values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in financial services or wealth management with a successful personal practice.
• Active Life and Health insurance license required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred; sponsorship available if not currently held.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with a passion for mentoring advisors.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, retention, and comprehensive financial planning.
• Business-oriented mindset with long-term strategic vision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
