Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management or banking with ability to grow mass affluent client base.
• Bachelor's degree required; FINRA licenses preferred.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and cross-sell financial products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to proactively drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach and retention for purposes of generating revenue and deepening share of wallet with new and existing clients.
• Develops and maintains internal partnerships to drive new revenue, acquisition and growth, while managing risk and profitability for the portfolio.
• Leverage client insight and sales tools to translate into actionable sales strategies and tactics, identifying and converting sales opportunities.
• Own the client relationship and shepherd collaboration with ecosystem partners to deliver the Mass Affluent Advice and Planning value proposition.
• Deliver proactive and responsive service to meet client goals with advanced relationship-building throughout the lifecycle.
