You will build and leverage internal partnerships, manage leads and appointments, and deliver tailored banking and investment solutions with a consultative approach.

The role emphasizes proactive relationship management, risk awareness, and cross-functional collaboration with Wealth Advisors to enhance the client experience and profitability.

Qualifications

• University / college degree required with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Certifications are often desired; in lieu of a degree, other combinations may be considered.
• FINRA Series 7, 66 preferred; Life and Health Insurance preferred; background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive Mass Affluent client acquisition and retention.
• Manage leads, client appointments, and ecosystem partnerships to grow revenue.
• Lead proactive relationship management and cross-sell across bank products.
• Collaborate with PNC Financial Advisors to deliver integrated Wealth Management solutions.
• Deliver exceptional client experience and maintain governance of sales activity.
