Job summary

PNC is seeking a Premier Client Banker based in Holmdel, New Jersey, within its Wealth Management organization. The role focuses on proactively acquiring, retaining, and growing Mass Affluent clients, leveraging a consultative banking approach to deepen share of wallet.

Success involves building cross-functional partnerships, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering tailored financial solutions while adhering to regulatory requirements and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years of relevant banking/wealth management experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred; Life and Health Insurance preferred.
• Candidate must be able to obtain required background checks as per regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to proactively drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach and retention for purposes of generating revenue and deepening share of wallet with new and existing clients.
• Develops and maintains internal partnerships to drive new revenue, acquisition and growth; manages risk and profitability across the client portfolio.
• Leverage client insight and sales tools to translate into actionable sales strategies and successfully convert opportunities and deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Own the client relationship and coordinate with ecosystem partners to deliver Mass Affluent Advice and Planning through Banking and Investing partnerships.
