Morgan Stanley is seeking a Business Development Manager in Grand Rapids to drive asset growth, mentor Financial Advisors, and coordinate local and regional initiatives within the Wealth Management Field and Client Business Development Group.

The role requires 5+ years in Wealth Management or related management, a Bachelor’s degree, and active Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses upon hire or within 120 days. Competitive salary and benefits accompany this opportunity.

• Working knowledge of the Firm’s entire suite of products and tools.
• Position major product capabilities to client needs and route inquiries to internal partners as needed.
• Develop strategic and tactical business plans to drive positive results.
• Grow and develop Financial Advisors' practices through training and one-on-one coaching.
• Engage with Product Partners to ensure Advisors have training on existing and new tools.
