The role requires a minimum of 5 years in Wealth Management or related leadership, a Bachelor’s degree, and active Series 7 and 66 licenses (or 63/65) within 120 days. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active Series 7 and 66 required (or 63/65) within 120 days of hire.
• 5+ years Wealth Management or related leadership/management experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Position major product capabilities to client needs and coordinate with internal partners.
• Develop strategic and tactical business plans to drive asset growth.
• Coach Financial Advisors and facilitate training to grow practices.
• Engage with Product Partners to ensure Advisors have training and knowledge of tools.
• Lead desk-to-desk rollout of initiatives and regional campaigns.
• Conduct deep-dive reviews and segmentation of book of business.
