Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Associate in Wealth Management's Business Transformation to support end-to-end delivery of strategic programs. You will work on cross-functional teams and be accountable to partners and stakeholders for program updates, adapting quickly in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrate understanding of client and advisor wealth management processes.
• Work autonomously and demonstrate self-motivation and ownership.
• Forge relationships and build a network across the firm.
• Maintain a positive attitude and act as a team player on high-priority initiatives.
• Demonstrate initiative, ownership, and accountability in delivery.
• Proven ability to be an integral team member on large-scale programs.
• Strong slide deck and analytical skills (Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Define and analyze problem statements and translate into tangible solutions.
• Review and develop detailed operating model for business transformation.
• Leverage understanding of client and advisor wealth management processes.
• Own one to multiple workstreams including assessment, planning, project management, execution and evaluation.
• Analyze and develop alternative solutions for decisioning.
• Influence program and workstream partners and stakeholders.
• Create and deliver comprehensive professional presentations for senior leadership with limited supervision.
