Job summary

Soltis Investment Advisors, a nationwide fee-only advisory firm, seeks a Wealth Management Advisor to establish and grow its presence in Orlando. You will lead a local team, convert opportunities into lasting relationships, and deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment solutions.

Travel to onboarding at corporate office and periodic visits are expected. The role emphasizes client acquisition, retention, and education while collaborating with a Ravenwealth stack of products.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Proven success in building client relationships, identifying needs, and closing business.
• Willingness to travel for onboarding and ongoing visits.
• Strong knowledge of investment products and financial solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute on four growth strategies in your market, funded by the firm.
• Convert opportunities into lasting client relationships.
• Complete Fidelity Wealth Advisor Solutions certification.
• Host six client/prospect events per year with firm support.
• Maintain strong client retention through responsive service and regular portfolio reviews.
• Guide clients through complex financial planning needs.
• Develop customized investment portfolios with the wealth management team.
• Develop local centers of influence (accountants, attorneys, referral sources).
• Lead and mentor the local team (Analyst and Client Relationship Manager).
