Soltis Investment Advisors in Orlando seeks an energetic Wealth Management Advisor to expand the firm’s presence in growing markets. You will execute firm-supported growth strategies, convert opportunities into lasting client relationships, and complete Fidelity certification while representing Soltis branches in your market.

You will host events, deliver high-quality client service, conduct portfolio reviews, and guide clients through complex financial planning.

Qualifikationen

• Series 65 registration is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in financial services.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and close business.
• Willingness to travel, including onboarding in St. George, UT.
• Strong presentation skills and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Execute on four growth strategies funded by the firm.
• Convert opportunities into funded client relationships.
• Complete Fidelity Wealth Advisor Solutions certification and represent Soltis to Fidelity branches.
• Host at least six client/prospect events annually with firm support.
• Maintain client retention through responsive service and periodic portfolio reviews.
• Guide clients through complex financial planning needs.
• Collaborate with the wealth management team to develop customized portfolios.
• Develop centers of influence locally (accountants, attorneys, referrals).
• Lead and mentor the local Analyst and Client Relationship Manager.
